This is the finale of the Body Snatchers story! The Doctor, Amy, and Rory find themselves in an alien asylum and make a startling discovery. Many of the asylum's human patients actually contain the minds of the Doctor's most terrifying enemies! Unfortunately, before the Doctor can deduce who has done this ghastly body swap, he falls victim!
